The top hat is covered in shimmering gold glitter and sequins while an adjustable black strap secures it in place. The hat is decorated with black and red chips, a green ribbon bow and two foam dice. It stands 4 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" wide. It is fun for St Patricks Day or Halloween and will add a burlesque flair to a large variety of costumes.
