This zombie isn't like the other nurses! She's out to kill! The nurse zombie costume includes a dress, hat, and syringe. The polyester dress is tan with blood splatter marks throughout the front and back. A white zipper is located on the front for easy on and off. A red cross is located on the left chest area. The hat also features dried blood splatter and a red cross. The syringe features a red cap and the white portion of it pulls out.
